Refund policy

At Gulposh Digital Lawn, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items purchased on sale or discounted offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product is damaged or defective.
• There is a size issue due to our mistake.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or washed products
• Customized orders
• Items without original tags
• Sale or discounted products

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
